Shipping Policy
We know how excited you are to get your hands on your order, which is why we do our best to make sure all orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you love all your purchases from Block 400, however, we understand that you may need to make a return or an exchange from time to time! We offer returns within 14 days of delivery FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY or you can exchange your product(s) for a different size.​

To initiate a RETURN
Please email shopblock400@gmail.com with the name on your order, order number, & reason for return. If approved, you will receive email confirmation with instructions for sending back your product(s). The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return & email over your store credit.

To initiate an EXCHANGE
Please email shopblock400@gmail.com with the name on your order, order number, reason for exchange, & what size you would like to exchange for. If approved, you will receive email confirmation with with instructions for sending back your product(s). The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, but the exchange will be sent for free.

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
-Sale items are final & cannot be returned or exchanged.
-Returned items must have tags still on & be returned in the original product packaging.
-Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.​
