  • When will my order ship?

  • Why haven't I received an order or shipping confirmation?
    Make sure to search your promotional, junk, & spam folders in case your confirmation email has landed there. You can mark us as SAFE too, that way you won’t miss a beat from us in future! Still no luck finding your confirmation email? No worries! Email us at shopblock400@gmail.com & we'll get things sorted out!
  • My package says it was delivered, but I haven't received it.
    If no one is home at the time of delivery, your package will be left in a safe location at your shipping address. Be sure to check around the front of your home, behind bins, potted plants, fences, & under doormats. If applicable, we also recommend checking with your building management or neighbors, as they may have collected your package for you. If you are still unable to locate your package after 7 days, please email us at shopblock400@gmail.com. Please note - Missing package claim refunds are at the discretion of Block 400. We suggest filing a claim with the carrier directly. Block 400 is not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages sent to freight forwarding services. If you placed an order & your shipping address is a forwarding address, you are responsible for contacting your forwarding company to locate your shipment.
  • I received a faulty item.
    We're so sorry to hear that you've received an item that’s not in perfect condition! Please see our "Shipping & Returns" tab for how to get this sorted out! Please note- We are unable to assist with product issues for orders placed over 60 days ago.
